This license grants you the non-exclusive right to use the music recording within ONE video only.
You may use the music recording in a video to which the music recording is synchronized.
The copyright of the underlying musical work and of the music recording remain the property of the music composer and publisher.
You may use the music recording in a video and put the video on Youtube, Vimeo, Facebook and other social media, but the music composer retains ownership of the copyright of the music recording. You may not claim ownership of the music recording (or otherwise make it available) through any content indentification system (such as Youtube's Content ID) and/or registration system, even if the music recording is synchronized with your own video.
When the number of views of your online video is more than 600,000, you will need to come back and purchase an additional license.
Other limitations:
You may not transfer the license to any other party and you may not sub-license the rights you are granted here to any other party.
You may use the music recording in a video but you do not have ownership of the music recording, therefore you may not copy, distribute, sell, lend, give away, broadcast, publicly perform or display, or sub-license the music recording by itself or as your own music. You may not play the music online or in public except solely as embodied within your video. Any unauthorized copying, distribution, reselling, lending, giving away, public performance, broadcasting and downloading of the music recording is strictly prohibited.
The music recording may not be sold or given away as a stand-alone product. For example, you may not sell it or give it away as a music track or put it on a CD or package for sale or give away. Also, we reserve the right of not granting a license if your video
The recording may not be included in a website template which is offered for sale or give away.
For internet productions, you must make sure that the music is not retrievable, extractable and downloadable in its original form.
You may not create derivative works of the music or cover versions. You may not create your own recording of the underlying musical work. You may not add your own voice, instruments or sound effects to the music to create another version. You may not change, re-arrange, remix, mash up, or sample the music and treat it as your own music.
You may not sell, give away, lend, distribute, broadcast, publicly perform or display, or sub-license any work created based upon the work. And you may not use the music in a video/product that enables an end user to create derivative works of the music. But you may edit the length of the music to suit your needs or use the music as background and add your voice over on top. In this case, you have not created derivative musical works.
You may not claim to be the creator or copyright holder of the underlying music composition, of the music recording, or of any derivative work created based upon the work.
You hereby acknowledge that the music composer is and remains the owner of all the copyrights, publishing rights and all other related rights of the underlying musical work and of the music recording. The music is protected by and subject to copyright laws. This license is non-exclusive and the music composer retains the right to sell licenses of the music recording to any other third parties at his/her sole discretion.
This license grants you the non-exclusive right to use the recording within ONE video only, not for multiple projects or videos.
Commercial television, film, and radio use is not covered under this license, you must get another type of license and cue sheets must be filed.
